What this program is
The Ascend Themes customer perks program is our way of saying thanks to customers who bought an Ascend theme on the Shopify Theme Store. It is run by Ascend Themes Pte. Ltd., 160 Robinson Rd, #14-04 SBF Center, Singapore 068914. You can reach us at [email protected].
Perks are a gift, not part of your purchase
Perks are a free goodwill gesture, offered separately from your theme purchase. They are not something you paid for; your theme purchase is governed by the Shopify Theme Store terms, and nothing here changes your rights in that purchase. We may add, change, pause, or withdraw any perk, or the whole program, at any time, without notice and without liability to you, and a perk being available today creates no ongoing obligation.
Who can join
The program is for store owners who purchased an Ascend theme (currently Flawless, including its presets Routine, Heal, Chill, and Persona) on the Shopify Theme Store. To verify, you enter your store URL and confirm a one-time code sent to your email, which we match against our purchase records. Verification is limited to one per purchasing store, and access is at our reasonable discretion if we cannot confirm a purchase.
What you get
Perks currently include deals on partner Shopify apps (such as free trials or discounts) and a free one-hour consultation with the Ascend team, booked through the perks page and subject to availability while the program runs. Completing a short product survey unlocks the perks page. Perks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to anyone else.
Partner apps are not ours
Third-party apps and services offered as perks are built and run by independent partners, and the partners fulfil the deals. We do not guarantee their quality, availability, security, pricing, fitness for your store, or that they will keep existing. Your use of a partner app is between you and that partner, under their own terms and privacy policy, though we may try to help as a courtesy.
Reviews are always optional
Leaving a review on the Shopify Theme Store is entirely up to you. You get the same perks whether or not you leave a review, whatever rating you give, and whatever you say. Perks are never conditional on reviews in any way.
Your data
We use your store URL, email address, and survey answers to verify your purchase, run the program, and improve our themes. Verified customers also get access to a support chat (run on HelpScout). We don't sell your data, and if you claim a partner deal, any data you give that partner is handled under their own privacy policy.
Fair use
Please only verify a store you own or manage, don't provide false purchase information, and don't claim perks more than once where a limit applies or resell them. We may suspend access and cancel unredeemed perks if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

This program is run by Ascend Themes and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shopify. "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc.
Legal bits
Because perks are free, they are provided as-is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from the program or partner products; where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to SGD 100. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page, and continued use of the program means you accept the update. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and Singapore courts handle any dispute. Questions? Email [email protected].
